Resourc-Ed Terms of Service

Invitation-only access

Resourc-Ed is not a public self-registration service.

You may only create or access an account if you have been invited by an authorised organisation, exams team, manager or administrator.

You must not attempt to access the system unless you have been invited or authorised to do so.

No charge to users

There is no charge to individual invited users for using Resourc-Ed.

You should not be asked to pay to access your account, view bookings, update availability, respond to cover requests, check in, check out or use any invited-user features.

Authorised use

You must only use Resourc-Ed for legitimate exam operations, invigilation, availability, training, session communication, attendance, issue reporting and related administrative purposes.

You must not use the platform to access, alter, copy or share information that you are not authorised to view.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not:

• share your account
• allow another person to use your login
• attempt to access another user's account
• attempt to bypass permissions or security controls

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact the exams team or the organisation that invited you.

Accuracy of information

You should ensure that information you provide in Resourc-Ed is accurate and up to date.

This may include:

• availability
• mobile number
• training records
• session responses
• check-in or check-out actions
• issue reports

Operational records

Actions taken within Resourc-Ed may be recorded for operational and audit purposes.

This may include:

• booking confirmations
• check-ins
• check-outs
• session started records
• session completion records
• issue reports
• manual updates made by managers or administrators
• audit log entries

System availability

Resourc-Ed is provided to support exam operations, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

If the system is unavailable, users should follow the organisation's normal exam team contact process.

Misuse

Access may be suspended or removed if a user misuses the platform, attempts unauthorised access, enters false information, or breaches organisational procedures.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of Resourc-Ed means you accept the current terms of service.
